	Friday, May 25, 2012 at 09:00AM مبادرة إعداد المصريين لإدارة المشروعات مبادرة إعداد المصريين لإدارة المشروعات تحت شعار نهضة مصر نود ان نطلق مبادرة لتطوير فكر الشباب المصري إدارياً كل الشباب المصري و لهذا فإننا إخترنا هذا الاسم للمبادرة إعداد الشباب المصري لإدارة المشروعات الملخص: الهدف هو تدريب ٣٠٠ مصري ومصريه علي مبادئ إدارة المشروعات من خلال دورة تدريبية مجانية مدتها ١٦ ساعة. الوصف: الدورة التدريبية مدتها ١٦ ساعة تقسم علي محاضرتين في يومين كاملين كل يوم ٨ ساعات و من ٩ صباحاً الي ٥ مساءً يومى الجمعة والسبت فى الاسبوع الاخير من كل شهر ، المادة التدريبية تحتوي علي التدريب عمليا و من خلال ورش عمل علي كيفية: ١- مبادئ إدارة نطاق عمل المشروع وتحديد محتويات ومتطلبات المشروع والتحكم في التغيرات ٢- مبادئ إدارة وقت المشروع وإعداد الجدول الزمني المنطقي والقابل للتحقيق ٣- مبادئ إدارة تكلفة المشروع وتحديد الميزانية و التدفقات النقدية ٤- مبادئ إدارة جودة المشروع وتحقيق متطلبات العميل ٥- مبادئ إدارة الموارد البشرية بالمشروع وتطوير أداء فريق العمل ٦- مبادئ إدارة إتصالات المشروع وكيفية إعداد ونشر تقارير أداء العمل ٧- مبادئ إدارة مخاطر المشروع للتقليل من الموثرات السلبية وزيادة الفرص الايجابية ٨- مبادئ إدارة المشتريات والعقود للمشروع و في نهاية الدورة يتسلم كل متدرب شهادة حضور بعدد ١٦ ساعة معتمدة من شركتنا ومن أشهر معهد إدارة مشروعات بأمريكا والعالم ، آليات التنفيذ : ١- يعلن عن المبادرة بوسائل الاعلام المختلفة 2- يتم التسجيل من خلال موقع الشركة www.pmhouse.org ومعايير القبول للمنحة هي أ- الحصول علي مؤهل جامعي (3 سنوات على الاكثر) ب - إجتياز إختبار المنحة وهي المقابلة الشخصية 3- تقوم شركتنا بتنفيذ التدريب من خلال محاضرين محترفين فى ادارة المشاريع المعتمدين من اكبر معهد ادارة المشروعات فى العالم بامريكا 4- يتم عمل إختبار نهائي للمتدربين و الأول من كل مجموعة يمنح الفرصة لحضور دورة الاعداد للإختبار مجاناً في شركتنا 5- يسدد المتدرب مبلغ ٢٠ جنية مصاريف إدارية و إثبات جدية بعد قبولة بالمنحة لغة الدورة عربي
