          o      Define real project justification, objective and main resources
          o      Identify key Stakeholders and Sponsor for the defined project
          o     Identify your Organization Structure.
          o     Produce charter
          o     Create W.B.S for the project

           -     Define Activities
           -     Sequence Activities
           -     Estimate Activity Durations
           -     Develop Schedule
           -     Control Schedule
  

 

  • Day 2 Workshop

          o      Produce Activity list
          o      Prepare Network diagram using PDM
          o      Define resource required
          o      Estimate activities duration
          o      Develop Schedule using C.P.M Technique
 

 

  • Day 3         

    *     Project Cost Management
           -     Estimate Cost
           -     Determine Budget
           -     Control Costs 7 Earned Value management

 

  • Day 3 Workshop

          o      Produce Bar chart schedule
          o      Estimate Activities Cost
          o      Develop Cost Baseline (S .Curve)
   

 

  • Day 4         

    *     Project Risk Management
           -     Plan Risk Management
           -     Identify Risks
           -     Perform Qualitative Risk Analysis
           -     Perform Quantitative Risk Analysis
           -     Plan Risk Responses
           -     Monitor and Control Risks

 

 

  • Day 4 Workshop

          o      Stakeholder analysis and preparing communication plan
          o      Prepare Risk Management Plan
          o      Identify Risk register
          o      Prepare Probability and Impact Matrix
          o      Recommend Risk response Plan
